Hailing from a rural academic background when I started preparation there was lack of information about what to read, how to study, which notes to refer and coaching related various doubts took a lot of time to get appropriate answers to come on right track.Another thing was the number of selected officers was meager in my vicinity during these times around 2010 and before. So, the scope of seeking guidance from someone around was narrow. Since then, I had this idea in my mind, however, presently situation has changed a lot predominantly due to I.T.
